*An appreciation of learning, is a study in good faith.

As the glorious Prime Minister of Syldavia, I object to your solution of "a few well-located devices (in data centers and possibly some main offices) would guarantee good and stable performance". This would increase delay considering the data will have to go through more protocols. The real solution was to install 1400 km of fiber optic lines and nuclear bomb Borduria.

P.S. we nuked Klow also after it became infected with biological contaminants.
